Our Services
We focus on providing legal support services to attorneys and law firms in the United States. We primarily support attorneys working independently and law firms with less than 100 attorneys firmwide.
We are not a law firm, so we do not provide counsel. We only use experienced corporate paralegals working on a contract basis to provide a variety of legal support services that paralegals typically handle at a law firm or in-house at a company.
By only using experienced corporate paralegals working remotely, we can help to minimize the overhead costs for many companies and law firms.
Primary Focus
Corporate Transparency Act – Need help filing Beneficial Ownership Information Reports with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network to get in compliance with the Corporate Transparency Act? We can assist, as we have filed a number of these reports since the Act went into effect.
Incorporate, Maintain and Dissolve Entities – Come to us for help with the formation, maintenance and dissolution of corporate entities and the preparation of related organizational documents.
Manage Deals – PE & VC – We can help coordinate closings and prepare related documents for your next deal. We will also research blue sky issues and prepare the required filings.
SEC Filings – Assist in the preparation of SEC filings including 10-K’s, 10-Q’s and proxy statements.
Legal Research – While we typically focus on the corporate work, we have extensive experience in what many consider traditional legal research and are happy to assist in this.
CRM Updates – Clio / Salesforce – We can assist in making updates to the data you have in CRM platforms such as Clio or Salesforce and analysis of the data you have in Clio or Salesforce.
